Muenster Cheese Filled Pockets 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature 1/4 pound butter or maragarine, at room temperature 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 2 cups shredded Muenster cheese 1 tablespoon grated white onion 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sause black pepper 1 large egg white, slightly beaten sesame seeds 1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter and mash until smooth. Blend in the flour until incorporated. Foorm into a ball, wrap in wax paper and chill for at least 2 hours. 2. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degree F. 3. In a small bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the eggs until thick and light. Beat in the Muenster cheese, onion and Tabasco. Season with pepper to taste. 4. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.
