1 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese, at room temperature
2 packages (4 ounces each) blue cheese, crumbled, at room temperature
1/2 cup Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
1 large hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 tablespoons diced green bell pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot red-pepper sauce
1 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
crackers



1. In a bowl, combine the cheeses, dressing, egg, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce and mash until soft and well mixed. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
2. Spread the olives in a shallow dish and roll the cheese ball in them to coat. Transfer to a platter and serve with crackers.
