1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4 cup canola oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 large green bell pepper, sliced into rings
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup pitted sliced ripe olives
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) pizza sauce with cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or romano cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12 inch pizza pan.
2. Separate the rolls into 8 triangles. Press the triangles into the pizza pan, smoothing the edges together to seal and make an unbroken shell.
3. In a large, deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot and cook the chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms and olives, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Spread the sauce over the dough and spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and Parmesan. Top with the mozzarella and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese melts.

Makes: About 8 servings
