4 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flat beer, at room temperature



1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, combine the baking mix, sugar and beer and stir until just blended. Do not overmix.
3. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch and using a 2-inch cookie or biscuit cutter, cut into rounds. Transfer to an ungreased  baking sheet, leaving about 1/2 inch between the biscuits. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are a golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
