Tuna Roll-UPS




1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup sliced green onions
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon picante sauce
1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts




1. In a bowl, combine the carrots, onions, mayonnaise, picante sauce and tuna and mix well.
2. Spread about 1/3 cup of the mixture down  the center of each tortilla and top with alfalfa
sprouts. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.


Cooking Note: These can be assembled and chilled for up to 4 hours before serving.
