Turkey Salad
2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
2 tart apples, cored and diced
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
2/3 cup Blender Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
crackers
1. In a bowl, combine the turkey, apples, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
2. Mound the salad on a platter, sprinkle with nuts and serve with crackers.
Makes: 4 to 6 servings
